Amy Kester, NP
Amy Kester is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of experience in patient care. After spending 22 years in the Emergency Department, she transitioned her passion for helping others into the field of medical aesthetics, founding Timeless Reflection in 2018.
Amy is known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach and her commitment to delivering highly individualized care. She takes the time to truly listen, educate, and partner with each client—creating customized treatment plans that align with their goals while enhancing natural beauty. While she valued her years in emergency medicine, Amy finds deep fulfillment in building meaningful, one-on-one relationships and helping clients feel confident and empowered in their skin.
She has completed advanced training in a wide range of aesthetic procedures, including neuromodulators such as Botox and Xeomin, dermal fillers, Kybella, platelet-rich plasma (PRP/PRF) therapies, and PDO threads. In addition, Amy offers cutting-edge treatments including CO2 laser resurfacing, XERF, Morpheus8, IPL for sun damage, and laser hair removal.
Amy’s approach blends clinical expertise with an artistic eye—delivering natural, refined results in a welcoming and elevated environment.

Crystal white
With over 10 years of experience in the skincare industry, Crystal White is a highly trained Licensed Esthetician dedicated to delivering results-driven, personalized care. She is a graduate of Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, where she specialized in Esthetics, and has advanced certifications in leading professional skincare lines including PCA Skin, Corium Corrective 360, iS Clinical, LightStim, and SkinPen.
Crystal specializes in customized facials, dermaplaning, and advanced skin rejuvenation treatments, as well as body contouring services such as TruSculpt and CryoSkin. Her approach blends clinical expertise with a keen eye for detail, allowing her to create tailored treatment plans that help clients achieve healthy, radiant, and long-lasting results.
Known for her calming presence and thoughtful care, Crystal is passionate about helping every client feel confident in their skin while delivering a luxurious, results-focused experience.
Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys spending time with her family and her beloved rescue pups.
